Membership terms

Tiers and pricing
FTWCC offers two membership tiers: Standard (US$20/month) and Explorer (US$100/month). Annual options may be offered at a discount. Explorer members receive early access to activity bookings, four weeks before Standard members, plus 10% off every FTWCC activity and associated costs such as drinks, meals, accommodation and travel where provided by FTWCC.
Billing and renewal
Membership fees are billed in advance each month (or year) through our payment provider. Your membership renews automatically until you cancel. You can change tier at any time; upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your membership at any time from your profile. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep member access until the end of the period you have paid for. Membership fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.
Activity bookings
Each activity has a fixed number of seats, allocated on a first-come basis once your tier's booking window opens. A booking is confirmed only when shown in your dashboard. Paid activities are charged at booking, less any tier discount. Activity-specific cancellation terms are stated on each activity page; where a refund applies it is returned to your original payment method.
Children under 16
Children under 16 join free with a participating adult member. The adult member is responsible for the child's participation, supervision and compliance with these terms.
Conservation participation
From time to time members may be invited to observe or participate in genuine conservation, rescue or relocation work. Such participation can never be guaranteed and always depends on animal welfare, professional supervision, operational requirements, location, safety, security and prevailing conditions.
Ending membership
We may suspend or end a membership where these terms are broken, with a refund of any unused pre-paid period where the law requires it. You may end your membership at any time as described above.
