What we collect
When you join FTWCC we collect your name, email address, country and membership tier. If you take part in the community we also store the posts, comments, photos and bookings you create. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
How we use it
We use your information to run your membership: managing bookings and seats, giving you access to tier benefits, showing community content you choose to share, and contacting you about your account, activities and club news. We do not sell member data to anyone.
Who can see it
Your name and any content you post to discussions, field notes or photos are visible to other signed-in members. Your email address, booking history and payment status are visible only to you and to club administrators.
Where it is stored
Member data is stored securely on our cloud hosting provider with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by row-level security so members can only ever read or change their own records.
Your rights
You can view and edit your profile at any time from your member profile page. You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data by contacting the club at either office listed in the footer.
Children
Children under 16 join free with a participating adult member. The adult member's account is responsible for the child's participation, and we do not knowingly collect accounts directly from children under 16.
