The club
Free The Wild Conservation Club (FTWCC) is a worldwide membership club for wildlife, conservation and adventure. These terms govern your use of the FTWCC website and online community. Membership itself is covered by the Membership Terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. We may suspend accounts that are misused or shared in breach of these terms.
Community conduct
Discussions, field notes and photos are a shared space. Be respectful; no unlawful, defamatory, harassing or harmful content, and no commercial spam. We may hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant FTWCC a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the club and, where you have shared it publicly within the community, in club communications that celebrate member contributions.
Activities and safety
Activities listed on the site may involve travel, wildlife and remote environments. Each activity carries its own joining instructions, requirements and risk information, which you must read and accept before booking. Participation in conservation operations is never guaranteed and is always subject to professional supervision and prevailing conditions.
Liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, FTWCC is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged to members by email or on the site. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
